Online training on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for primary school teachers through LMS, under the Education Program.

Key Points:

1. Start Date:
   The training will start from 6 December 2025.
2. Duration and Content:
   There will be a total of 6 modules designed to enhance the teaching skills of teachers in the classroom and the critical and creative thinking of students.
3. Phase 1 – Teacher Orientation:

• On 6 December, AEOs will conduct a one-day orientation session at their respective centers.
• In this, teachers will be instructed to log in to the LMS with the help of CNIC.

1. Step 2 – Module Completion:

• On the same day, AEOs will provide a summary and teaching methodology for all 6 modules.
• At least the first module will be completed on the same day.
• The remaining modules will be completed by December 19.

1. Step 3 – Classroom Implementation:

• Teachers will implement the learned material in their classrooms.

1. Step 4 – Observation and Monitoring:

• AEOs will visit schools and observe the implementation of HOTS.
• Further guidance and support will be provided based on feedback.

This training is mandatory for all primary teachers to improve the quality of education.

اہم نکات:

1. تاریخ آغاز:
   تربیت 6 دسمبر 2025 سے شروع ہوگی۔
2. مدت اور مواد:
   کل 6 ماڈیولز ہوں گے جو اساتذہ کی کلاس روم میں تدریسی صلاحیتوں اور طلبہ کی تنقیدی و تخلیقی سوچ بڑھانے کے لیے تیار کیے گئے ہیں۔
3. پہلا مرحلہ – اساتذہ کی رہنمائی:

• 6 دسمبر کو AEOs اپنے اپنے مراکز میں ایک دن کی orientation session کا انعقاد کریں گے۔
• اس میں اساتذہ کو CNIC کی مدد سے LMS پر لاگ ان کرنے کی ہدایت دی جائے گی۔

1. دوسرا مرحلہ – ماڈیول مکمل کرنا:

• اسی دن AEOs تمام 6 ماڈیولز کا خلاصہ اور طریقہ تدریس سمجھائیں گے۔
• کم از کم پہلا ماڈیول اسی روز مکمل کروایا جائے گا۔
• باقی ماڈیولز 19 دسمبر تک مکمل کروائے جائیں گے۔

1. تیسرا مرحلہ – کلاس روم میں نفاذ:

• اساتذہ سیکھے گئے مواد کو اپنی کلاس میں لاگو کریں گے۔

1. چوتھا مرحلہ – مشاہدہ و نگرانی:

• AEOs اسکولوں میں جا کر HOTS کے اطلاق کا مشاہدہ کریں گے۔
• فیڈبیک کی بنیاد پر مزید رہنمائی اور سپورٹ دی جائے گی۔

یہ تربیت تمام پرائمری اساتذہ کے لیے لازم ہے تاکہ تعلیم کے معیار کو بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔
